Clubhouse and Pool
The Village at Autumn Pond is new apartment community designed with you in mind. The comforts of contemporary living in a community setting. Enjoy the privacy of your apartment and have the opportunity to interact with your neighbors in a casual setting. The centrally located “Clubhouse” is the focal point of the community. Available to all residents, at the Village at Autumn Pond, this building houses a Community/Meeting Room with kitchen on the main floor. The fitness center and yoga/aerobics room is located in the lower level of the Clubhouse. Our in-ground pool can be found just outside of the fitness center. Congregate on the patio with your neighbors and guest or use the barbeque grills for a cookout. Tranquil walking /biking trails wind around the community showcasing the beauty of Essex Jct.
These apartments are spacious and inviting. The bedrooms are large and will fit all bed sizes, including king. Master Bedroom includes walk-in closet and full master bathroom. The 2nd bathroom is a 3/4 bathroom with stall shower and the washer/dryer hook ups are located here (all apartments come with washer/dryers included). All kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances with plenty of cabinet and counter space.
We also have coin-op laundry (in specific buildings) and a basic fitness room located on the 3rd floor in each building.
Close to Global Foundries (Formerly IBM), Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, the Essex Outlets, Five Corners and the Champlain Valley Fairgrounds. within 10-15 minutes from Interstate 89, the University of Vermont Medical Center, the Burlington International Airport and much, much more.
Our community is comprised of 10 buildings totaling 300 units.
